Ten years ago, I was overweight, weighed over 200 pounds, and was really unhealthy. I ached every morning when I got out of bed. And I resigned to myself that I was just a big girl. But after a cancer scare, I changed to a whole food, plant-based way of eating, not to lose weight, but to prevent cancer, and ended up dropping 60 lbs, seven pant sizes, and lowered my cholesterol and blood pressure in just the first year! And best of all, I’ve maintained this for a decade without dieting or deprivation! It’s the first and only thing that’s ever worked for me. I’m done with dieting forever.
I bring my expertise as a Food for Life Instructor, certified Health Coach, Harvard Medical School Culinary Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Peer Fitness Trainer, and love helping people meet their health and fitness goals!
