Trimazing! Pumpkin Recipes & Special FREE Halloween Event
Welcome to fall!
Here in the Pacific Northwest it hasn’t felt like fall until last week, and we were all ready for it! Wildfire smoke has finally cleared out, we have crisp, chilly mornings, rain, and leaves are starting to change color and drop. The farm stands and markets are full of rich root vegetables, crunchy apples, magical foraged mushrooms, and colorful winter squashes. Fall is definitely my favorite time of the year!
So in celebration of autumn and all the goodness that comes with it, I have two great pumpkin recipes for you AND information about a FREE cooking class coming up Halloween morning, October 31, 2022!
1. PUMPKIN SPICE OVERNIGHT OATS
Pumpkin spice and everything nice! It’s like dessert for breakfast or snack or, even dessert!
2. RED CURRY PUMPKIN SOUP
So creamy and warm, this is the perfect warmup meal before or after Trick or Treating. Imagine returning home from the cold and being welcomed in by the comforting aroma of pumpkin and ginger!
