Being Sick Blows!
Actually, it sucks and blows simultaneously!
Just when training was hitting full steam, I got a bug of some sort that threw me into full-on sinus infection/tonsillitis. I’ll spare you the details, but I’ve been in pajamas nearly a week and missed two days of work, and a week of training. Wah!
So not much to report for this week, had a few days of training before getting sick, including a great swim workout and Barre3 with Christine.
Next weekend is my 15K Shamrock Run with Seriny and Patty, looking forward to that!
