Taco Seasoning Mix
Ingredients
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- ⅓ cup chili powder
- ⅓ cup ground cumin
- ¼ cup granulated onion or ⅔ cup dried minced onion
- 2½ tbsp chipotle pepper powder or crushed dried red pepper flakes, or to taste. For a less spicy option, use smoked paprika instead, along with amount below.
- 2½ tbsp granulated garlic
- 1½ tbsp dried oregano
- 1½ tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a well-sealed container in your pantry. Recipe yields 2 cups.
