Blackening Seasoning

This is great on large mushrooms, tempeh, tofu, and seitan!

Ingredients

  • 150 grams coconut sugar or fine date sugar
  • 60 grams salt
  • 60 grams granulated garlic or mix of granulated garlic and granulated onion
  • 40 grams sweet paprika
  • 4 grams cayenne pepper more or less, to taste
  • 3 grams dried rosemary blended into small pieces
  • 2 grams dried thyme

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed jar.

Notes

Makes about 2½ cups.
