Blackening Seasoning
This sweet and spicy mix turns ordinary into extraordinary! Use on large mushrooms, tempeh, tofu, and seitan!
Blackening Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut sugar or fine date sugar
- 6 tbsp sweet paprika
- 5 tbsp granulated garlic or mix of granulated garlic and granulated onion
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary blended into small pieces
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper more or less, to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed jar.
