Cindy Thompson (“Coach”), dba Trimazing! Health and Lifestyle Coaching, is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach offering lifestyle and health coaching (the “Coaching Services”). A health coach is trained to provide lifestyle advice and help individuals set and reach their health goals using food choice and exercise tools and common sense principles to establish healthy habits. Health coaches do not give medical advice, prescribe drugs, diets, or nutritional regimes, or diagnose any health conditions. We offer ideas, encouragement, and provide the inspiration and momentum for you to stay on course all in accordance with any plans prescribed by your licensed doctor, registered dietitian, and/or certified nutritionist (each, a “Health Care Provider”). While we might work with your Health Care Provider, we are coaches and do not replace the medical and technical expertise that only your Health Care Provider can provide. Further, the Coaching Services are not to be construed or understood to fall into the category of professional psychological counseling or psychiatric services.

All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by my Coach and Trimazing! Health and Lifestyle Coaching are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way of your health and lifestyle goals. Health coaching is recognized as a way of helping clients gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence they need to become active participants in their care so that they can reach their self-identified health goals. However, health coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and no states, including the state of Washington, offer certification or licensure. For all legal purposes, the services provided by my Coach and Trimazing! Health and Lifestyle Coaching will be considered to be provided in the State of Washington.
