Food for Fitness: Achieving Optimum Athletic Performance
SOLD OUT! Click to join waitlist.
Live Cooking Event via Zoom!
Athletes have been following plant-based diets for centuries to achieve a competitive advantage. Today, whole food, plant-based eating is gaining popularity in a variety of sports, as vegan athletes are leading in endurance sports, professional football, weightlifting, and even Formula One racing.
But you don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from a plant-based diet. A low-fat diet comprised of whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables provides the ideal fuel for any physical activity, from dancing, running, swimming, or any athletic activity you do! You’ll also experience enhanced recovery over high-fat and animal-based diets.
Join Cindy from Trimazing! September 30th, 6-8 pm Pacific, for Food for Fitness and get empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare easy, nutritious meals for optimal fitness and recovery. Here’s what you’ll get:

- Fact sheets for putting what you learn into practice
- Physician-led presentation
