A New Adventure!
I know it’s been a while since I posted. You know, life happens!
As I mentioned in my last post, I was dealing with some health changes. It has taken longer than I expected to get my body back into balance, but I’m finally back to feeling healthy and back to exercising (and yes, plan on triathloning this season) again. It’s funny how you start to think that your body is betraying you after a certain age, but it didn’t, it just gave me a couple of road bumps along the way to slow me down into recuperating.
But through this journey I really rediscovered my passion for health, caring for others, and a desire to help people on their journey to better health and living. I’ve always been happy to share my story when people have asked and thrilled to share tips and tricks I learned along the way. So I am going to be doing this on a larger scale, as a vegan lifestyle coach, helping others regain a better life through whole-food plant-based eating, wellness, and fitness.
In the next few weeks I will be launching Trimazing Vegan Lifestyle Coaching! So stay tuned for the official launches of my website, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am above the moon excited and look forward to sharing things I’ve learned along this journey and from others who have done the same.
